What to know about Verb

  • Buyers query the seller pool in aggregate, and nothing is shared unless a buyer meets the seller's reserve price. Sellers can block individual buyers. (Verb, homepage and seller dashboard, 2026-10-17)
  • Verb grew out of Verb.AI, which Generation Lab, a youth polling company, launched in May 2025. Cyrus Beschloss is CEO. (Axios, Generation Lab launches Verb.AI, 2025-05-20)
  • Companies appear on Verb only as buyers. Its only email route is a person forwarding their own mail, so it cannot carry a company archive (checked Oct 17, 2026). (Verb, homepage and seller dashboard, 2026-10-17)

Who it fits

Individuals. Verb is not a program for companies licensing operational records.

What to watch for

  • Verb says it excludes passwords, text messages and health data from analysis (Axios, Aug 6, 2026).
  • Verb discloses no fee or commission on sales (Verb, observed Oct 17, 2026).
