How we handle your information

What our forms collect, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

Through our forms, only what you type in:

  • Your answers to the estimate: industry, company size, years of records and the tools you use.
  • Your contact details: name, work email, company, job title, and a phone number if you choose to give one.
  • Whether the records are yours to license, if you answer that question.
  • If you sign our mutual NDA online: your company's legal name, your name, title and work email, the name you type to sign, and the time, IP address and browser of each signing step. That record is what proves who signed.

We never ask for files, and we don't accept them through this site. Your company's records stay with you.

Why we ask

To show you an estimate, to get in touch about the call you requested, and to prepare for it. If you gave a phone number, we use it only for that call.

Who sees it

Our team, and the services that run this site and our email. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with any AI lab unless you ask us to.

Cookies and analytics

We use PostHog analytics to see how the site is used, such as which pages people read and which buttons they click. It doesn't set cookies or store an ID in your browser. We never send your name, email or phone number to PostHog, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Your browser's local storage also keeps your estimate answers, so you don't have to type them again, and which version of a page you saw when we test different wording.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, analytics doesn't load. More in our privacy policy.

How long we keep it

12 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If we sign an agreement with you, including the mutual NDA and its signing record, we keep it for as long as legal claims about it can be brought.

Seeing or deleting your information

Email [email protected] and we'll send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Our full privacy policy covers your rights under US state privacy laws.
